BUSHHAMMERING Bushhammering is a process where bush hammers are used to remove the cement mortar and crush the aggregate on the exposed concrete floor. The amount of needed concrete can vary depending on the method used. This procedure is more aggressive than sand blasting. We usually use hand hammers or various accessories for electrical or pneumatic tools (depending on the type, dimension and location of the surface). The special hand-held bush hammer has a grid of conical or pyramidal points and resembles a meat tenderizer. Similar results can be obtained by using flat or bull point chisels or a needle scraper.
